1966 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow

The Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow is a luxury car that was designed with several modernisations in response to concerns that the company was falling behind in automotive innovation, most notably its unitary construction. The Silver Shadow line went on to become the best selling model of Rolls-Royce vehicles.

One of only 35 coupes built, renowned coachbuilder James Young obtained new 4-door Silver Shadows and converted them to two-door coupes for clients who desired a sportier version of the new Silver Shadow model. 25 right hand drive examples were built before James Young ceased production in 1967. These James Young Series 1 custom coupes are some of the rarest and most collectable Rolls Royces from the period. A LHD conversion was started on this car without switching the dash over, giving the buyer the option of finishing left or right hand drive to preference. Attractive green over the original light green leather color combination with low original miles and striking custom coachwork.
