1952 MG TD Roadster

MG’s T-type has gone through many iterations during its life. Starting in 1936, the T-type was a classic British sports roadster, with beauty and performance at the forefront of the design. The design was timeless, and MG produced many models based on the original T-type for years to come.

By 1950, MG was on its fourth generation of the T-type, the TD. The TD was a large improvement over the older models with the introduction of a new, larger chassis, independent coil suspension and a higher compression engine. The TD was the last of the T-types to have floating headlights, before they became integrated into the fenders in the TF, and retains the T-type’s traditional straight up grille.

This 1952 TD’s chassis is in excellent condition with a dark green exterior and tan interior, folding soft-top and side panels. It has the original 1250cc I4 engine, with a 4 speed manual transmission. This is a very solid car, and looks forward to your afternoon cruises.
